Body Transformation

  • Body Transformation can be a very simple process, or it can be a very complex one. It all depends on your psychology to start with. Some of my clients grasp this from Day 1, but they were usually the most ready before they started. Some struggle to find that initial motivation. Eventually they all find the inspiration that they need to continue and reach their goals.

However, the simplicity of what I am going to tell you in this post about Body Transformation, will be obvious to all, but more so to those who are “ready”. What do I mean by all of this? Let me tell you in four words and you should get it…

    - Nutrition

    - Exercise

    - Rest

    - Positivity.

Simple isn’t it? We all know we should eat right, exercise little and often, take time out and sleep well at night, and go into each day with a positive mindset. So why are we the most overweight and obese population in the history of mankind? Why are our rates of disease and dysfunction greater than ever? Why is our planet highly polluted and our government’s and banks corrupt? Ok, maybe those last two aren’t related… but they could be! (Meditate on that, you might get an interesting answer.) Anyhow…

The main reason for this lack of health is because people are so bombarded with information. Sometimes this can be a good thing when you are looking for something not too complex, but when the topic is as in depth as the human body and there are 6+ billion people who all require unique attention to their bodies, that’s when we get unstuck.

What people need most is a system. A starting point, some directions to take along the way, typical markers en-route, and then an end. Studies have shown that when people set goals, just mentally, they are more likely to achieve them than people who don’t set any goals at all. Then when someone writes down their goal they are even more likely to achieve it. And further when someone creates an action plan they are the most likely to achieve their goals.

So to add to my simple list of 4 foundational factors of health up above I would suggest: planning.

Obviously we are all different and its difficult to prescribe a Body Transformation programme for everyone just simply through a blog post. But try these quick tips on for size:

Nutrition: PLAN your days ahead of time. Each night plan your food for the following day. You might even find it beneficial to plan your meals for the whole week.

Exercise: PLAN to exercise each day. Put it in your diary when you will exercise. If you had a business meeting in your diary, you wouldn’t miss it would you? The same should go for your exercise routine too.

Rest: PLAN to have some rest each day, and to get to bed on time – between 10 and 10.30.

Positivity: This is the one that doesn’t really require much planning, but always try to turn your negative thoughts around to positive ones throughout your day, from moment to moment. And by planning your nutrition, exercise and rest for each day, and sticking to the PLAN you will have better blood sugar handling, you will be less tired, and you will feel more able to stay positive.

Good luck with your health and body transformation goals!

P.S. – If you are motivated and ready to finally transform your body with a proven system that is fully customised to your individuality, I will be teaching the next Health Idol Body Transformation Course.
